Regardless, these columns of numbers are meaningless, without the source data that corroborates them.
Anyone can type anything into spreadsheets. Show us the actual source data that these figures are based on.
We are far beyond put up or shut up time.
That's just where he claims the software running the vote flipping was running...I guess the theory is that multiple servers all over the world (including in the US) were participating in the fraud. The vote didn't "move" to another place in the US. He's showing how many votes were affected by servers in a particular location.
Of course - that's just his claim. I have no idea if that actually happened. It seems like overkill since the machines were designed with weighted choice built in. There should be no need for machines to coordinating over the internet to such a specific level. They should just be able to turn on weighted choice for a while, then turn it off.
