For example, we are so accustomed to saying “google that shit” or “ask alexa”

We should be more mindful and progressive by using alternate words like “why don’t you search the web for that” or “why is there a surveillance device in your home?”

Banning language should always be done with great consideration and thought taken first.

If you don't like something don't say it, don't listen to it, or respectfully tell others you don't like it.

When we ban, we are saying something should never have existed. And we all know how that slippery slope can possibly turn wrong.

We stopped saying the G word in our house because if your phone hears you it starts recording. Found old audio clips of myself in my phone settings, of convos I didn't record or even have on the phone.
