Nothing will go our way and at this point it doesn't matter if you pack the court or not the system is rigged and the Supreme Court is for sale to the highest bidder. I lost faith in America when that decision was made.

Yeah, I had some faith left in the Court, even with compromised Roberts. Not any more, especially after Shampeachment 2, when they couldn’t even be arsed to follow the Constitution and they let Congress take over one of their designated, specified duties, overseeing the trial. Stalin would be proud.

Yeah, that was the worst thing that happened, in my mind. We knew the Dems would cheat. But when the highest court in the land was like "wtf you want us to do about it", it really let the wind out of my 'Merica sails. I'm not even saying they should have been expected to rule a certain way. But they wouldn't even hear it. Absolutely disgusting.

When SCOTUS begin to chip away at 2A, since failing to uphold 1A - they will have rendered themselves obsolete - None of the Other amendments will mean squat.

They already ruled casinos have more right to operate than churches. So yeah, they are illegitimate.

They're all on the same side. They put on a show for We the People...like the citizens are watching a fencing match. I don't doubt that there are a few - very few - true patriotic Republicans. But for the most part, it's just theater in an attempt to keep us placated. I'm hoping more people wake up to this fact in the near future. The true woke.

Don't worry, my friend, SCOTUS has agreed to a "conference", lol. Justice is dead. Wait, what was the exact definition of tyranny again?

Dude I agree. I use to look eagerly at court decisions but now I know they are meaningless. They take their orders from the Deep State and they leave them alone but the big decisions, abortion, free elections, etc., they step in and write their responses and dissents and just tell them "just sign here." At this point, the Congress we have now have the same lifetime appointment as the SC, nothing changes until the Deep State decides it needs some new blood.

I had like 5 big blows since the election, and that was a big one. I kept some Hopium after that but it’s all gone now.

I don't think there is any proof Kav and Barrett were in on it.

7-2

Thomas + Alito = the "2"

Martinini 2 points ago +2 / -0

Thought it was 5-2 with kav and barrett abstaining? Roberts obviously cucked

I've only seen the 7-2 number, but I've not followed the matter beyond casual news.

Love me some Alitonand Thomas. I don't know thatvwe know the actual vote on this do we? I don't know...

2
DoubleEagle 2 points ago +2 / -0

All we know is that the case was denied and that Thomas & Alito dissented. This has lead most publications to state 7-2, in the absence of recusal information, but I don't know that there would be.

Didn't they use that line of BS "No Standing" with natural born citizen as well?

Read Gene Sharp. If the need for it isn’t obvious yet it will be.
