Where I work, if a customer comes in without a mask, we are only allowed to offer them a free mask. If they refuse one, we are not allowed to ask them to leave. Personally, when a customer comes in without a mask, I shake their hand and tell them how proud I am of them. I have actually done that in front of management.

If they want you to immediately leave: OK bye, have fun putting my 100+ items back :)

In Australia it is illegal for businesses to turn away someone who is not wearing a mask if you say you have a medical exemption. They are not alowed to ask why you have an exemption. If they call the police, they run the risk of the police fining them. Same with their stupid QR codes. They can't enforce it. All this BS is illegal.
