In Australia it is illegal for businesses to turn away someone who is not wearing a mask if you say you have a medical exemption. They are not alowed to ask why you have an exemption. If they call the police, they run the risk of the police fining them. Same with their stupid QR codes. They can't enforce it. All this BS is illegal.
