They did so, fraud and all. Under the electors clause of the Constitution, the state legislatures have plenary power to appoint electors. They did so, fraud and all.
These electors voted for Biden.
I know they just replaced a Dem representative with a Rep representative in NY after the State Supreme Court found voter fraud.
Electors clause doesn’t apply to those elections.
