Under the electors clause of the Constitution, the state legislatures have plenary power to appoint electors. They did so, fraud and all.

These electors voted for Biden.

I know they just replaced a Dem representative with a Rep representative in NY after the State Supreme Court found voter fraud.

Electors clause doesn’t apply to those elections.
