People who simp for the Scandinavian model like to leave out the teeny-tiny little fact that those countries are ethnically homogenous, high IQ nations with high social cohesion and trust.
Except now they’re letting a bunch of refugees in there, and Sweden has the highest rape percentage rate in the world! They are destroying our country. That’s the whole point though isn’t it, cost lots of wars, cause people to flee their countries, force other countries to open their borders and allow a bunch of Muslims in there. Then their women get raped, because Muslims consider women who are not Muslim whores so it’s OK to rape them! That’s what they wanna do here.
One thing that annoys me about "tax the rich", is that in the USA we don't tax wealth, we tax income. That means that Warren buffet, you could tax him at 100%, and he wouldn't even notice, because he gets spending money from capital gains, but a small business competitor would have their ass kicked in by it.
Literally had this convo with a man from a European nation trying to defend the "extra tax" they put on the rich.
I know taxes are complex but I asked "why can't everyone just pay 10%? That would be fair? Why should the rich have to pay 15% when their 10 easily is greater than many with less income paying the same rate."
His response, of course, quickly defeated me logically:

The real problem is that the left wants to tax unrealized gains in wealth.

"I guess Americans dont believe in sharing."
