yes, that is correct. In fact, I would go as far as saying that no-excuse absentee ballots changed the winner of the presidential election, for a variety of reasons. One being ballot harvesting, another being lack of signature verification and proof of voter (could obv be family members), multiple votes, and lack of poll challenger oversight. Also, because they make it easy for low-information voters to vote. Low information voters of course lean democrat due to Hollywood and MSM.

I still haven't seen convincing evidence of Dominion vote manipulation, but I'm still open to the idea as we haven't seen machine audits yet. The Georgia hand recount lined up with Dominion results, so that cuts against the argument
