Of the people i know that actually got sick from covid, almost all of them were asymptomatic, most were sick 1 to 3 days. No more severe than flu just slightly different symptoms. A few hit 5 days. Every one of them said they felt 100% as soon as the fever broke
I had COVID back in April and I had a fever and chills etc. For about 48hrs.
These people are just giving themselves COVID from the looks of it.

Felt like a 2day hangover for me - which incidentally is what most weekends used to feel like prior to lock downs as well...
Your liver is probably thankful for lock downs lol!
