Policy choice by Dems yes. How else would you gain power of a person or group? Encourage them to be independent & strengthen their work ethic or continually beat a person down, tell them they are a victim, & that only they can give them salvation.

Poverty is very naturally occurring. resources, goods, services, all have to be harvested or created.

Nah, she's right. Democrats make a policy that is on it's face stupid. It results in people getting poorer because the policy was one dimensional and short sighted. New Democrat policy is made to address the poverty they created but rather than getting rid of the first policy they force an unrelated group to address the poverty through a tax or program. The tax never goes where it needs to go and the program is an abysmal failure with an ever growing bloated bureaucracy. Don't worry, the real problem is guns, so lets make mandatory minimums and tough on crime bills. Shit now systematic racism is the real problem because all the poverty they created wasn't fixed by their new tax that simply goes to admin salaries and a bunch of poor people are in jail. Let the cycle continue until white supremacy is no longer the greatest threat to the Democrat's slush fund.

I bet she can't think of a single policy that has ever successfully ended poverty.

Uniparty policies indeed create poverty. Do away with the bullshit and everyone will be out of poverty
