How can illegals come in. Regardless of no covid test. Before covid this was not acceptable. Now if you're a US citizen that goes to MX you have to have a negative test to come back to your home. Illegals no test. If you're a US citizen you CAN NOT come home till you test negative. No US med care, no home health care. Just stay out.
