$15 million the Dems wasted on two failed impeachment, what's another $15 mil or so?

I would like to know why Pelosi and Bowser declined to use the National Guard. Who knew what and when did they know it. If they do this everyone knows they won't shine the light on the Dems, it will another taxpayer funded hit job on Trump.
