President's day has always been in February. It was changed to the 3rd Monday of February in 1971 and has nothing to do with Obama.

Yeah, if I remember correctly it was a combination of the Monday holiday act and splitting the difference between Lincoln's (2/12) and Washington's (2/22) b'days. That's also (I think) why it's referred to as "Presidents' Day" instead of "Washington's Birthday."

Note: King Barry 0bozo first polluted the planet in Aug, not Feb.
