Many Native tribes offer a stipend if you have very little tribal blood. I worked for a loan company and it was usually around $350 a month. Not once did the applicant look more than 1% Indian. This guy is racially ambiguous and biracial, not black.
Yes but once reservation casinos became wildly profitable many tribes engage in tribal disenrollment. Now i think you need to be upwards of 35 percent native american. My wife is 25 percent cherokee but doesnt qualify to be "indian" enough for her tribes casino money.
