He should honestly not care about his ancestry. He is determined by his actions and his actions only, what his ancestors did have no impact on who he is today. If a person obsesses over his ancestors something tells me they only do so because they don't have anything to be proud of in their own lives, so they look for accomplishments from their ancestors and attribute it to themselves.
