If anything, I agree that critical race theory adherents categorically reject, as a defensive mechanism, any historical events that dilute their preferred narrative.

I agree with you that it is worth pointing out that things like the Barbary Slave Trade and the Greek Genocide happened and we never learn about them in American public schools because it doesn't bolster the "Whites are privileged" narrative
