I agree the lying is an issue and I don’t have a better idea than yours but I do have this warning: Be careful what you wish for. The lies may just be defined by fact checkers who hate you.

Yeah the New Left are post modernists. They don't believe in objective truth. Whatever benefits their agenda is true and good. Whatever goes against their agenda is false and evil.

Once you realize this, their actions and rhetoric make a lot more sense.

And you'll also realize dialogue with them is a waste of time.

Yeah I've heard this remark before. It has been propagated by the people benefitting from the status quo.

The solution is called "malice" and it is a very real legal concept. (Not quite the same as the dictionary definition.)

It is a very high threshold to meet, legally, that revolves around intent. In order to convict, you would need to prove deception + malice, in a court of law.
