It’s somewhat hidden behind the bureaucratic mumbo-jumbo but it’s clear: A bridge full of catty “overconfident” bitches but the commanding officer doesn’t dare to do anything about it, leaves one of them in charge who violates orders and refuses to communicate because she was in a running ego argument (the “low confidence” is referring to that) with another crew member (over some stupid interpersonal stuff IIRC), because of this she gets disoriented and crashes the ship (but it’s okay she got a tattoo about it 🤡 🚢 )
