We all know that the argument "what if they did this for white businesses?", while correct, isn't going to change much in liberal states.

I do wonder though, what about the disadvantage this created for hispanic owned businesses? Native American owned businesses? Asian owned businesses (or are they another flavor of evil whites now)?

Could we take one step up the hierarchy of oppression and sue their pants off for this move?
