Any one else notice what those numbers are saying?

The vaccine takes two shots......out of 35,000 shots given only 10,000 of the people went back and got the second shot while 15,000 noped the fuck out.

The side effects from this vaccine are so bad that 2/3rds of people are refusing to get the second shot according to these numbers.
