Its an mRNA vaccine that is telling your body to do things as opposed to giving you a weakened or dead form of the virus to let your body decide what to do . I guarantee there are people whose bodies are attacking their own systems after being given this vaccine as no one is the same and those sets of instructions will be taken differently in different groups of people. They're using an overly simple set of instructions for a very complex system.
