Our B-Cells make something called Memory Cells after exposure to a virus. When we are reinfected with the same virus, those B-cells start making antibodies again. And what's cool... there are MORE antibodies produced after a second exposure AND are made faster, stronger, and last a lot longer than the first exposure.
Yeah and the worry with pathogenic priming is that the response is so big the antibodies get activated by endogenously expressed proteins that are close enough to the covid spike protein that there's a big autoimmune response that does damage
