If I’m using SAE, if I’ve got my sockets all jumbled up, I have to think about what the next socket up or down is. 1/2 9/16 5/8 11/16 3/4. I might be missing one there, too.
Metric? 8mm 9mm 10mm 11mm 12mm. That is if I can find my 10mm. That shit gets lost all the time.
Yeah that's definitly an advantage. The only machines that use standard are pretty old at this point too. I do prefer it when im building something or measuring out an area on the ground...things requireing a tape measure...
