Genuine question: let’s say there’s a legally biding form (a mortgage or college scholarship) Can a white male LEGALLY apply as a black female?

I’m not up on this subject, has their been legal precedent for this? If not, I’m going to tell my son to apply for female scholarships just so I can sue if they take it away. Think I can get about $300k

They do it all the time in Australian universities to get special funding
