Senator Graham was brilliant in the Kavanaugh hearings. That version of Senator Graham I would be proud to vote for (I can't do so since I'm a Pennsylvanian).
It may be as simple as he looks to too much to leaders such as McConnell or in the past McCain. He does prefer senate collagiality which most of us here probably would consider ok if the dems were not currently driven to pushing dirty rotten commie ideals at all costs.
