Another thing that ends up happening with "minimum" wage laws is people hold unto jobs that aren't the best fit for them because of the friction in the job market created by the government intervention.

(For instance someone may end up having to keep a job they have, even though that job is a worse commute for them, after they need to move apartments, because they know that the job market is terrible for labor under democrat mismanagement of the Economy.)
