Make all public schools fee based, but give every parent a voucher that will cover the public school to which their child is zoned. Allow the use of that voucher at another public school or as cash at a private school.
Pass nullification measures.
Protect kids sports from trans stuff.
Make it America First and an example of freedom and watch how quickly it comes back.

A big problem of NY is that NYC is a giant money sink, and they're doing things to drive the people upstate and on Long Island out of the state. And now that all the rich people are leaving to go destroy other parts of the country, there's no money coming in so they're going to fuck the rest of us even more, driving even more people out.
