China owns a LOT of NV already including some private airfields and yes they have their own army
They can't. The state has no authority to green light that and the US government does NOT share power. With anyone.
You remember the coal towns back in the day? You know it's illegal to do it like that now? It's the same concept.
So company towns? Disney still owns a municipality or two in Florida
They no longer own Celebration. I read up on Celebration and the town kinda gives me the creeps. I wonder if it was a model for the “Smart City” that the Commies want to build. Very tightly controlled city. You had to apply to live there and they would do extensive background checks. Just because you “own” a house there doesn’t mean you can do whatever you want in it.
Someone recently murdered his whole family in Celebration. Dude was under investigation for fraud and he murdered his wife, 2 kids and the family dog. The bodies were in his house for weeks before they were discovered when the Feds came to arrest him for the fraud.
