They cannot indict someone, they cannot charge someone, they cannot arrest someone, they cannot try someone, they cannot convict someone, and they certainly cannot sentence anyone......
That’s exactly how they want you to think. When they do have the power they don’t act. When they are out of power they feint resistance and then people run cover saying there is nothing more they can do.
