Personally, nothing specific about MyPillow but normally when I buy a product I don't need to know about them in my email. I bought some headphones, a week later I get a coupon for % off the next pair. Why do I need another pair? If they break in a week never buying from them again, if they break in five years I can look up their site and order a new pair.
From a sales and marketing perspective, its not just the one and done. They got other products, they want repeat business. If its a service, def better believe marketing is gonna be riding the spam can
I understand that point but I still don't need multiple emails a day/week. One or two a month and I'd be cool. If I buy from a company and I like the product I will return if I don't like the product or service I never will.
Kind of like best buy, they sold me a car stereo a decade without a faceplate, no refund, no return, will never shop at that shit store again.
