We need to face that fact that the country is under single party rule where a single party controls academia, the press, big tech, and government institutions. Practically all of the elites support the democrats. And the other party is only there to create the illusion that there’s a two party system when in reality there is only one party with any power. We are living in an oligarchy.

This is a recipe for human rights abuses. The rights abuses will get increasingly worse.
