Ahh I see. I've never seen internals really break, they get repaired or replaced if they do assuming the farms are maintained to schedule. To keep them spinning while they don't work is wasteful. They can decomission them early for scrap value if they weren unfixable.
Blades are fibreglass and can't be reused because weather strips layers and causes pithing, little holes on them. Cheaper to just replace them than fix or reuse. Fibreglass can't be recycled, Google wind turbine blades in Wyoming landfill, there are a lot of them.
Blades also need to be balanced and if they aren't the cells and towers will vibrate and shatter and ruin it.
