They are using hot water in this image, not glycol

No. Even boiling hot water would be come ice crystals before it hit the blade.

Do an image search... The image shown is from the company website that contracts out the cleaning service. They clearly are using hot water because spraying glycol would be nasty. The color of glycol is green or orange, this image shows clear water. Yeah, it's dumb, but it's true.
