But we are going to have a Solar Minimum in the next couple of decades and people will be wishing for some warming when that happens. That's hard science and inevitable.
Lol, the volume of the Sun is approximately 1.3 million times the volume of the Earth, not 1,200. If you wanted to keel the spherical shape of the Earth and not just look at the pure volume, then about 1,000,000 Earths could fit inside the Sun. I believe your 1,200 figure might be referring to Earths going into Jupiter.
Fuck me, does no one do actual science anymore? We live, by definition, in a ice age when physical ice exists for long durations on the planet's surface. Hello, Antarctica, Greenland, Glaciers, etc.
Research is bought and paid for ahead of time, so the scientists have to produce the results they want. They alter historical data and ignore solar data and limit it only to showing that human increase in CO2 is to blame. Researchers who tell the truth get blacklisted so they receive no funding and get fired from universities.
Science has been politicized for some time. Ever since the first research university took a federal grant. Been downhill ever since. If only people knew what went on with "peer review" in the real world......... Make you sick.
can you point us in the direction of an article, interview, etc.?
Does peer-reviewed = peers criticize what scientists discovered that doesn't comply w/agenda?
Do we have an impact, sure, it would be ignorant to think we don’t, but that impact is about less than a half of a percent. The sun and other cosmic forces are largely to blame. And we can do NOTHING about it, except to continue to evolve and adapt.
I remembering reading some garbage yahoo article 15 years ago. The basic premise was that it would cost a fraction of the dollars to prepare for global warming that to try and reverse it. All about the money!
South Florida was uninhabitable a hundred years ago. Thanks to climate change, albeit localized, I made a home here. It’s got insulation, central air, and windows and a roof that can withstand hurricanes. Go climate change.
I wish I would have saved an article I read 10-15 years ago from a professor at OU. He had a fantastic rundown about the celestial warming; that the surface temperature of Mars increased at the same exact rate as Earth during the year.
Didn't then also say this in the 1980s? Ten years later, we were told the polar ice caps were melting and the deterioration of the O-Zone layer would turn our glorious planet into the Sahara desert.
It’s called Lysinkoism. Maybe they don’t get thrown in the gulag like they would in the USSR, but they’re still locked out which is effectively the same thing.
It’s blatantly obvious that something is wrong because people are told this is the “world’s #1 problem” yet when economists do cost benefit analysis on all the world problems, even just assuming the questionable climate science is good, they find 1) it’s not the number one problem, others are bigger and 2) the proposed solution is the worst possible solution https://www.copenhagenconsensus.com/copenhagen-consensus-climate/results
So it’s already very obvious that the climate agreement stuff must not be about solving the claimed problem, it must be to do what it actually does which is manipulate the petroleum market and retard economic development in developing countries.
The developing countries should just agree to the fake agreement and take the money, then just completely ignore the agreement and engage in full-on developmental economics full speed ahead. Only problem is they’ll probably have to spend more money to buy coal with the globalists trying to shut down coal mining, unless they have domestic coal mines. And if any globalists bitch at them about it then show them the middle finger.
Coming? It starts this year. The sun is at minimum solar activity, and it is expected to stay dormant for the next three cycles, or, 33 years. Bundle up! The skiing is going to be great!
I'm going to let everyone in on a little secret. Warming of the earth is almost entirely dictated by the Sun.
Cosmic rays have a pretty big impact as well.
But we are going to have a Solar Minimum in the next couple of decades and people will be wishing for some warming when that happens. That's hard science and inevitable.
If the Sun was a giant hollow ball, and you cut a hole in the top and filled the ball with Earths, how many Earths would it take to fill the Sun???
Answer: 1,200
The power of the Sun is immense. Nothing we do here on Earth can compete with or modify it in any way at all.

You are right. I don't know where I heard that before. I was impressed with 1,200.

The left is in denial when it comes to the sun. In their opinion, it has nothing to do with how warm the planet is.
Yup. Seriously stupid people.
I say we leave the "Scientists" to figure out why zinc burns so bright and that's it.

SO you mean hell is freezing over??

yep. we are storing food and building greenhouses on land. crops may have to be covered to protect during unpredictable rain spells.

We're in the middle of an actual ice age. We are in an interglacial period and it's ending.
