Interesting, I didn't see that. I would love to have a tankless water heater it would be gas powered but I heard its a lot better than standard ones would also like better insulation I heard that helps a lot as well I watch a guy on youtube real real smart home builder he talks a lot of concepts to save electricity and water but using certain appliances or building houses a certain way so they don't need as much electricity it surprises me how shit built most houses are.
