Stop spreading misinformation.

Smallpox has been eradicated since 1970, new cases would be huge news as basically no one under 50 is vaccinated.

There are many cases of TB, but that claim is diluted by the smallpox bullshit.

This doesn't even look like smallpox. And there is a vaccine for TB. Billions of people in Asia and India have the scars on their arm to prove it.

Drug-resistant TB is a bitch to get rid of, though. The smallpox thing is definitely bullshit, but drug-resistant TB has been making it’s way across the border for a while now.

I do believe there are some more virulent strains of TB, a decade or so ago, they were the killer bees of epidemiology, but they fizzled just the same.

TB vaccine doesn’t prevent pulmonary tb, it’s to prevent Tb meningitis.

DoubleEagle is correct. Not smallpox.

Thank you. This is correct.

Just to add, there are a few people under 50 that received the smallpox vaccine to include me. A lot of people in the military received it around 2003 because they thought Saddam Hussein weaponized it and may use it against us during the invasion. I still got the bump on my arm from it.

Ah, interesting. I didn't know that. Thanks!
