Yes, but the issue here is a Presidential election, not a House election. It's a huge stretch to call Facebook's shilling for Biden a "State action." I can't see any judge in today's leftist clown world even considering it for a second.
The House is part of the State. So Zuckerberg colluded with the State to influence the election. MSM colluded with the House as well. This, is where I think they are going. It is going to be interesting. There was a conspiracy to deny voters information which may have affected their votes. That is true.
If I'm not mistaken, Zuckerburg instructed that his funds for those counties be paid for election judges and workers overtime/hours. That is not legal.
You might want to take a little bit of time to look at the complaint before dismissing it ... zuckerberg did a lot of demonstrably illegal stuff that has to be sorted out. In an honest court setting, much of it would be illegal. Google Zuckerberg grants, community grants for democrats including POTUS, paying for and setting up vote drops available 24/7 with no chain of custody, security or surveillance. There is too much of that around here - dismissing or mocking efforts of others - at least they are on the field, in the fight, trying and expending energy time and money. In the Arena.
The House was controlled by the Democrats and Zuckerberg was in league with them. There are three branches of Government. The President is just one.

Any legs to Google algos? I mean that’s been highly documented at this point as well.
All you had to do was omit one word. Just one.
Then we would've focused on the point you were making and not your idiotic racism.

Great, then people should file legitimate criminal complaints and lobby DAs in the states where he meddled to press charges.
None of that has anything to do with this stupid lawsuit.
