CCP VIRUS TESTING HIPPA CERTIFICATION IS A FRAUD!!!!

Just took a job-required CCP virus test, after signing a required consent form. The form is from a testing company that brags about their HIPPA certification, then has an escape clause that says they give your info to 3rd parties, who ARE NOT UNDER HIPPA!!!!

Just got my initial email response:

MY QUESTION:

What does your HIPPA policy mean if you give my information to 3rd parties (CCC's partners) who are NOT under a HIPPA agreement?

Does this not mean that there is no effective HIPPA policy in effect??
