The setup was the antifa people luring everyone upstairs to that area. She was shot by a panicked secret service guy most likely. capitol police don’t have pressed cuffs with cuff links so that’s why I am sure it’s an SS guy.

She was shot and the entry wound may not bleed much, there are plausible explanations. Blurry frames where you think you see something don’t prove anything.
