Red area of a red state, however near a major city. At the grocery I'll sometimes be the only one it seems. If I go to walmart about 10% of the people will be fellow maskless patriots. Lowe's will be closer to 20%. Through it all I've only ever worn a mask if I go into the city where they literally will chimp out on you and not let you in places.

Being the odd one out where you know you're being looked at and judged / openly defying a government order no longer phase me. I agree that people actually tend to be nicer. Especially when a cashier is super friendly (which is often) you know they think it's bullshit and love seeing you in there without a mask.
