Because he isn't a felon.

He was charged but there was no conviction. Could be released, could have been a plea deal.

These people get their info from memes. Just like FB, I’m surprised to see the truth about this, thank you. He is not, and was not a felon, He has a CCL. Not saying he’s a good person, I wish Kyle blasted him too, but he was totally legal to carry that pistol.
