Heard a story years back in the pub one night about a female police here in Ireland. Herself and her male partner were called to deal with some teenage boys hanging around drinking and so on down some cul de sac in Dublin. So they go down this street and sure enough see these lads in hoodies sitting on a wall drinking cans. The female police says i'll hop out and move these lads on, you turn the car around down the street and pick me up on the way out. So the fella goes no bother and leaves her off to deal with the kids while he drives down to the end of the cul de sac. Anyways when he gets back she's there after being knocked out with a big stone or brick or something and the young lads long gone. Not sure what the point of the story is, i guess that the female police had too much hubris? Or maybe that Dublin is a rough city which is certainly true ha. Anyway heard it off a stranger in a pub so take it with a grain of salt, Irish pub talk is about as accurate as your average 4chan larp.
