I’ve been married for almost 24 years now we have 2 sons 25 and 22. We raised our boys to be men and respect women. We were always open minded in today’s society with love who you want as long as your happy. Both of our boys are straight men that speak with strong male voices. I think the skinny jeans has done something to the balls of boys who grew up wearing them that pinched them in a way that made them speak like valley girls from Cally. I always asked my boys how are you so different when it’s the generation you grew up in and they both said because of how they were raised. With a mom and dad and a strict but loving home. They both told us at times growing up that they were the only ones out of their friends who still had the same biological parents that were married. But it does seem that the mans man of the world is almost extinct. You see them in the real world at times, but when you watch tv or videos everyone talks so feminine even if their straight. Just glad I’m married because I wouldn’t know if that guy would be straight or not guess just check to see if he has on skinny jeans. 😂

"We raised our boys to [...] respect women."

Something given has no value. Respect has to be earned and not to be confused with politeness. What is repect worth if you just throw it at anyone based on whether their reproductive organs are internally or externally?

I have daughters both in their early twenties. If they weren't already happy with their men, your boys certainly sound like their type 👍👍👍

🤭 and both are single at this time, to busy working all the time.

I swear, us mommas on this forum need to organize a mixer for our single conservative 20-something kids! Church is good, but a good BBQ party is fun too! We need to let our kids know there are other great ones out there just like them!

Omg, I wish! My 20yr old daughter feels very frustrated about her prospects...lol. She’s trusting the Lord to bring her match into her path, and thank heaven we serve a God of miracles because we live in SoCal. 😝

call-it-like-i-sees 6 points ago +6 / -0

It's no different even here in GA! My 20yr old daughter is finishing up her college to work in business management. I keep telling her, just wait until she gets into the work world - she'll have a bigger pool of good guys there! Hopefully!! (sigh - I need grandbabies.....)

Christianmingle.com is supposedly a dating site for Christians, but I never used it.

If church don't work for social networking, there's that. But I'd be wary.

As a woman, nothing is more unattractive to me than a feminine Liberal soy boy. I just can’t even imagine being in a relationship with someone like that.

Imagine dating someone who brags about how much they care about your gender and uses it as brownie points. Yuck

Skinny jeans on men are an abomination. Maybe the Crocodile Hunter was onto something when he said cooler balls made male offspring more likely, the globalists want more girls to program.

Not a lady but I agree with this completely!

Brookes 9 points ago +9 / -0

I agree! This old lady pede is waving her hand jumping up and down.

Today is my wonderful hubby’s birthday, 35 years I’ve been married to that wonderful man with the lovely hairy chest!

Making him his favorite bone in rib eye tonight along with the new shotgun I got him for his birthday.

He wouldn’t be caught dead in skinny jeans. I’m a very very lucky lady!

DebbieinDallas 5 points ago +5 / -0

Married 43 yrs here. We had rib roast just the other night! (Froze it from when it was on sale at xmas at about $3.39/lb).

Men get old and weak and decrepid and need a good loyal woman to take care of them. I feel sorry for all you young unmarried pedes bec who is going to take care of you 50yrs from now...

Brookes 3 points ago +3 / -0

Congratulations! I will always stand by my sweetie pie. Wouldn't trade that wonderful man for the world. He's my life and my reason for living.

I picked mine up at a conference. We lived in different states. He left deer camp to visit me. We got married two months after meeting. Parents met him night before the wedding. Got married by a roofer I met in auto mechanics night class who was just elected mayor. 😁

That “provider” role is a slippery slope. Feminism has been exploiting this.

6
Haven91 6 points ago +6 / -0

Mom of two boys here (18 & 22, both in the military), and I’m happily married to an LEO. The True Male is the most splendid machine ever built. Any woman who claims to want a SoyBoy is kidding themselves and reading smut about Real Men on the side. Horrible how we treat our males in the West.

6
mercynurse 6 points ago +6 / -0

I’m too old,,,I had no idea men shaved their chests. Ouch!

6
Charkoth 6 points ago +6 / -0

I shave mine and am no cuck, just a body builder. Most of the body builders I know do this as well - looks like this meme was written by a guy who has never stepped foot into the gym.

6
TwitterIsTrash 6 points ago +6 / -0

I mostly agree but I’ve never been attracted to beards. Just not my thing.

2
consumptiveballerina 2 points ago +2 / -0

I thought that, too, but on the rare occasions when my husband grows a short, neat one, I really like it.

4
TwitterIsTrash 4 points ago +4 / -0

Neat is the key word. There are so many that look like an unkempt caveman’s beard

1
DebbieinDallas 1 point ago +2 / -1

They shave their male “charms” and chests and heads but grow pubic hair on their face. Yuck.

0
TwitterIsTrash 0 points ago +1 / -1

Exactly! Focus on grooming your face. And I HATE when they cut all their hair off on their head. Super short haircuts are never ever attractive to me. You look like you’re about to go to war or you’re a convict

2
DebbieinDallas 2 points ago +2 / -0

We have the same taste in men...LOL. Look at some old youtube videos from the 60-70s. The guys all had long, wavy hair. It made them look so handsome. Watch this one of the Bellamy Brothers, who are still around and live in FL

Being a man is only half of the social contract- real men who are providers, protectors, and leaders deserve real women. Real women understand the power they have over men, and learn quickly not to abuse it. Half our problems stem from the simple fact that men's social capital has to be earned, while women start off with unearned social capital they do not understand. That unearned capital fades with youth if abused or left uncultivated- and young women who never learn to cultivate it become resentful cat ladies. Teach your daughters to be real women- teach them to be grateful and respectful to their men! This does not require subservience; in fact, it promotes an equal partnership.

Daughterfreedom76 3 points ago +3 / -0

Respect must be earned, not just an automatic response; Goes both directions.

Dunno where all these Conservative women are because I check all those boxes and all I find are liberals. Especially considering I live in the sticks you would think the woods would scare off the libs but I guess it attracts them because "I love to hike in the woods oh my gawd."

3
Dev404 3 points ago +3 / -0

Too many of these men getting screwed over in divorce court. More every year. That's why they're a dying breed and don't care for this shitty system now run by a mushy mouthed pedophile in this feminist country. Every time a man speaks out about this, he's attacked and ostracized. He's better off not engaging if he has something important to lose. This is a fight for the women to choose whether or not to have even though men could've easily rebelled and forced an outcome, but we didn't because we're not the barbarians that we're portrayed to be. Us men are still around, but many are very reluctant to engage in a society that continuously mocks and accuses us of the crimes of women's imagination and feminist hatred of men.

3
Daughterfreedom76 3 points ago +3 / -0

I think when women started working outside the home and getting away from their homes is when society really started breaking apart. I would gladly have stayed home with children rather than be made to go out in the world of hell! I liked the old fashioned relationship that my grandparents had. Our way of life and families would be much better off right now if we had just kept to our God given roles. Just my thoughts.

If we roll things back to when we were prehistoric beings. There is a reason for the roles of men and women. When there were no laws, or rules, men were primarily responsible for providing and women were, by biology, were responsible for children. The roles overlapped on occasion but simple biology is the reason for our roles.

I'm here in California where strong men are a dying breed but thankfully I found myself a strong, masculine, hairy, scary, gun toting, hunting loving, business owning, fact telling, deep voice having, family MAN. He raises our boys to be strong, responsible, hard-working MEN and shows our daughters how to be treated but also how to defend themselves. My oldest daughter is 17, a black belt in karate and knows how to use a gun. All of my boys (except our 2 year old) go hunting and love going to the gun range, go fishing etc My husband works 12 hour days at our business to ensure our kids can be homeschooled. I grew up in Santa Clara in a suburban area so to be where I am now with horses, chickens, goats and a lama took my family by surprise but I love it and I would rather have my strong man than some paper pushing, sterile from skinny jeans lefty.

The other side to this that even a lot of MAGA ladies don't like to hear is the feminine female, ie a woman who stays at home to raise children and run the household. You can't expect a man to hold traditional values and roles and be the "protector and provider" if you aren't willing to assume your traditional role as a woman as well to be the "carer and raiser." There's definitely still a lot of MAGA women who want to have a career, 2.3 kids, etc. You can't have it both ways. Just as men are best suited to work outside the home, providing for a family, women are best suited to stay at home raising children and providing a home. We need more of both!

Well if it's any indication of how the future will be in our small town, I am pleased to announce that this town is loaded with 20-40 y/o chads that hunt, fish, mostly work in the trades. The work hard, party hard are respectful to their girls/wives, making babies and having a good time. And the same goes for the young ladies in town...lot's of hard workers here.

This is such bullshit. Women don't want this anymore. They want easily controlled no nut having soy boys who they can control. The level of simping on this site is fucking pathetic. You want equality? Protect yourself. You think you're gonna change anything with this nonsense? You're not. Marriage rates are dead in this country, you think inviting the government in your life in any way is a good thing? Lmao. Go get divorced raped once and tell me you still believe this horseshit.

Yea the skinny jean thing doesn’t fit the rest of this message... Maybe she meant skin-tight emo jeans? Or the tiny skinny jeans the zoomer trendies wear?

Normal slim cut jeans look better on everyone. Baggy jeans aren’t masculine, they are just sloppy, unfashionable, and repelling women away from your boner. If you are wearing wranglers and you aren’t doing manual labor, you’re autistic. If you aren’t autistic and you’re doing that - everyone thinks youre autistic.

2
WhatWouldMountainDew 2 points ago +2 / -0

This isn't the first time I've heard self proclaimed masculinity connoisseurs set their sights on men wearing "skinny jeans". Complaining about skinny jeans is their equivalent of that Steve Buscemi meme only it's "how do you do fellow masculine men?" "skinny jeans suck, ammirite?"

5
igolfohio 5 points ago +5 / -0

That's different. It's not meant to be literal. I know what you're talking about, the "skinny" jeans that aren't skin tight, they just fit properly.

Get some boy cut button up levis. It will help your balls grow back. Those things need air to survive.

GROW YOUR BEARD UNLESS YOU’RE A FUCKING FAGGOT

-2
DebbieinDallas -2 points ago +1 / -3

Beards are gross and look like you are growing pubic hair on your face.

1
IAmtheGodWarrior 1 point ago +1 / -0

Eh, if anything it’s a generational difference. Girls love my beard. Boomers don’t. I see this as an absolute win.

1
DebbieinDallas 1 point ago +1 / -0

Go for it. You don’t know what you’re missing.

-1
WhatWouldMountainDew -1 points ago +2 / -3

This is a bunch of BS and no one can see it because it's covered in a veneer of traditional conservatism. If whoever was writing this was being honest, they would have replaced "masculine American male" with "slave and societal whipping boy".

...there is no place in society for the man who refuses to shave his chest or wear skinny jeans.

This isn't the first time I've heard "skinny jeans" decried as the bane of masculinity. Apparently, no trad con rant is complete without the mention of skinny jeans because that is obviously at the root of the decline of America but they forgot to mention that Harry Styles wearing a dress isn't masculine because dunking on that is way easier that actually dealing with what's really undermining masculinity.

...you are solely responsible for the safety and well being of your family.

Great, men are responsible for their family, but where's their authority established? It's not, and responsibility without authority is slavery.

How can you be a good husband if you can't defend your wife? How can you be a good father if you can't protect your children?

What about men being able to defend themselves? Apparently the measure of a man doesn't have any metric apart from what he can do for women and children.

Grow a beard, wear your boots, eat your steak, carry a knife, own a gun...

How is any of this essential masculinity? This is glorified larping and I know a lot of people who can check off all these boxes but aren't particularly manly.

protect your woman

Again with the defense of women which leads to a question that will never be answered; "what does the feminine American female" look like? My guess it would pretty much look like the original post and definitely wouldn't include "obedience", "submission", or "helping".

I'll tell you what's missing from this description.

  • Having a purpose and goals in life that are based off of what you want.
  • Dominating and enacting your will on yourself, and your surroundings.
  • Being strong (physically, mentally, and emotionally) for your own sake.
  • Taking risks and pushing yourself

And did anyone else notice that providing and protecting parents in their old age was conspicuously missing?
