My theory is they screwed up the timing a bit of the “positive tests”. It really hit right after the Election Day. They meant to have those tainted testing kits start showing up in the weeks leading up to the election to try and discourage people from leaving their house to vote but they timed it wrong and they instead atarted showing up right after the election.
