Draw a N-S vertical line through MI running through Lansing. No Krogers west of the line. Here your grocery choices are mainly Walmart and Meijers

My dad lived in grand paris for years and those guys love fred meijer. I had literally never known the guys name before visiting western michigan.

Fred Meyer is west coast. This is Heindrik Meijer but I know what you mean. And it’s Grand Rapids. Paris, MI, is further north. But everybody goes to Meijers. They were here before Walmart. Regional....Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, maybe more places. They have great produce and a real butcher shop, unlike Walmart.

That was an auto correct typo. I meant grand rapids. Beer city usa and all. I earnestly had my meyers confused though.
