I agree. Texas has for decades advertised itself like the late night ads on tv saying you can airbrush 30 years off your face for $19.99. Its simply not true. They however increased taxes/voter registration without laying a foundation for the future. Illegal labor is 30% of the success Texas claims as far as i can see. That sucks to hear, but someone had to say it.
What gets me is that Texas always gets a pass at the national GOP level. I remember Rick Perry on the national stage right after they increased taxes by 26%!
