Do you have shit tier pipes in the south? Below 20 is your threshold? I don’t build houses so I don’t really know, but it’s below 20 all the time in the north. My pipes have never burst

Pipes burst upstairs.... downstairs is a toasty 47 with the sun up now. Upstairs colder. NO ELECTRICITY means no heat inside.
