I have heard stories of people with medical equipment failing at home and ambulances taking them to hospital getting stuck and them having to be driven by family still.... houses with elderly or infants... when it's 30 degrees in your bedroom at night.... "whining" isn't what they do in Texas. (See: Hurricane cleanup). But they do have a right to be upset and stressed. They don't complain when it gets over 90 for 3 days.
