It takes a 2/3 majority of the senate to kick a senator out of the Senate. Senators cannot be recalled by their so-called constituents.

What would be better than censure is barring those RINOs from receiving funds from their local GOP in future elections. If they are so wise and represent their constituents so clearly, then they should have no problem with funding.

Unfortunately as citizens we have no recall power as it pertains to Congressmen and Senators. At best we can hope that the corresponding changes take action and bring forth claims but considering the Dem majority it sends unlikely. However, we can make huge waves in our home districts and ensure that they don't get reelected.
